Features
The ERP retailers actually use.
Built after looking at what really hurts in the day-to-day of Brazilian counter selling — modern UX, human support, clear pricing.
Online store from Advanced up
One storefront per store, fed by the same catalog as the counter: shipping via SuperFrete or Melhor Envio, local delivery by ZIP code or radius, coupons, abandoned cart, reviews and color/size variants. Online payment via Mercado Pago (Pix, card and boleto) comes with Premium; a custom domain, with Enterprise.
True multi-store
One account, several branches and companies, with independent inventory and pricing per store and per-employee permissions. Up to 3 stores on Advanced, 10 on Premium and unlimited on Enterprise.
Retail and wholesale in the same POS
Quantity-based price tiers, per-customer negotiated tables, staged orders, sales commission. A mixed retailer does not need two systems.
NFC-e, NF-e and NFS-e
All three invoice types come out of the system, from one or several issuing companies, with tax substitution (ST) flagged on the product. Invoices your suppliers issue against your company arrive on their own, and your accountant gets a monthly link with the XML files.
Works offline — and on your computer
If the internet drops mid-sale, the POS keeps selling and syncs on reconnect. On Windows and Linux, the Jefácil app prints receipts, invoices and labels straight to the right printer, with no dialog.
Your own delivery, no app commission
A delivery starts at the POS, on an order or straight from the Deliveries screen: assigned courier, a printable run sheet for the day, end-of-shift settlement and the route on Google Maps. Paid at the register or paid at the door — the daily close knows the difference.
A POS that handles a grocery store
Barcode scanning, scale labels (weight encoded in the barcode), sales by weight, full keyboard operation — F2 closes the sale. It also prints shelf labels and promo posters, tracks expiry dates and reprices in bulk by % or R$.
Card terminal and Pix at the counter
The POS sends the charge to the Mercado Pago Point terminal, without typing the amount twice, and shows the Pix QR code on the spot. Each terminal's fee shows up in the daily close and in your profit.
Service orders
A quote with a link for the customer to approve, parts taken from stock when the job is done and the service invoice (NFS-e) in one click. For repair shops, alterations and fixes.
Returns and store credit
A return puts the item back in stock and can become store credit for the customer's next purchase. Gift receipts print without the price.
WhatsApp, Google and 8 marketplaces on one screen
The WhatsApp catalog updates on its own, the Google Shopping and Meta feed is ready to use, and Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, Amazon, Nuvemshop, SHEIN, iFood and TikTok Shop connect on the Channels screen. Orders come in on their own, and you decide, channel by channel, whether they deduct stock right away.
Discount club and affiliates
Cashback, referrals and resellers with their own link and commission, paid out via Pix. Turns loyal customers into a sales channel — from the Advanced plan up.
Finance that closes the month
A ledger of every movement, bank accounts with transfers and statements, a chart of accounts and OFX import. Actual and projected cash flow, with forecasts and scenarios. Company credit cards with statements, card receivables with the processing fee, boleto collection (CNAB) with reminder schedules, store-credit installments and credit limits. Exports to your accountant's system (Domínio, Questor, Alterdata), gives your outsourced finance team access and consolidates several companies.
Online store in 3 languages
Your storefront serves customers in Portuguese, English and Spanish — handy for tourists and cross-border buyers.
